Nowadays, teachers tend to call their parents telling them what their children have done bad in school. I think that its true that parents should be blamed for their child's errant behaviour as they are not teaching them properly.
Question 2:
Teenagers nowadays are self-centered and ignorant as they are spoilt by their parents and think very highly of themselves. I think that i would agree with this but not very far as not all teenagers are self-centered.

You should be clearer when you are stating your opinion. Your opinion should be, " I agree to some extent that teenagers are self-centred and ignorant"
Write more... what makes you think that some teenagers are not self-centred and ignorant?
